acne conglobata, not cystic

well, i was researching alot on the severe types of acne, and seeing many images of both conglobata and cystic acne. and the more i see of these images, i began to realize what i have is not cystic acne...it was conglobata!
which sucks cuz it hurts way more and yes its so much bigger. there are two huge ones on my forehead, and little ones on my temple..when i wash my fash, i cant help but avoid my forehead and temple area. it hurts way to much..and when i gently moist it, it rips and either blood or pus comes out (gross i know) but this is real..and its not good. I heard that its very rare for people to get this and well..guess what..lucky me got it..i never get the good things but always the bad..man..im going back to the doctors because these weak antibiotics (Cephalexin) aint going to do nothing. I researched these pills and they arn't even focused on acne, just bacteria and such...i need accutane, but my doctor wants to try this, and its wasting time, i need the strong ones right away..so i think im going to go back to the hospital and talk with them again...arggggg my stress level was already rocketing and now i find out i have the worse case of acne and im only 16...wow..someone shoot me.

If this is true, you may want to ask them to check your male hormone, or androgen levels. I've read about a few cases of congloblata and some were able to correct this once this fixed their underlying hormonal disorders. Others were able to do this through diet. Accutane may work though, but if it's a true hormonal disorder, it may not work or be effective enough.

Not to burst your bubble or anything...but I don't think you are going to get accutane after only trying one medication for a week or two...and do you really want to? It is a serious drug with potentially serious side effects.

If you just started having this problem...try other things first...I had acne for 8 years before going on accutane...so a few months is not going to kill you...but I know exactly how you feel...It does suck!

thanks for all your imput everyone....the thing is, i havent gone to school in the last 3 weeks because of this. one reason because of my pride, yes i know, sad, but im only human. and also because of the pain. it hurts me emotionally, and physically, physical part is worse haha...it hurts like..a bruise across yoour forehead, the pressure is concentrated in like random spots of my forehead every other second...thats why i cant sleep...leave my bed...it sucks..i honestly..i would rather mute or something..just this..is crap
