Re: Anterior partial fundoplication, preferred????

I was put on Roxicet (Oxycodone) at first, and when that ran out, was put on Vicodin 7.5 mg. A little over 2 weeks later, and I still have pain, but I've got a cold/cough, and it's messin with the way my incisions are healing and they hurt. I'm coughing with my abs, not as much with my diagphram because I don't want to mess with my wrap. Oh well, it's all worth it

Re: Anterior partial fundoplication, preferred????

The one thing that bothers my about surgery, is the pain (almost an ironic statement, lol.) Given that I don't handle pain too well, I would no doubt need the pain relief, I would hope that I wouldn't need anything too strong at all after the 1st few days. Do you expect to be of Vicodan very soon?
