Help me out ...please.

This is a list of symptoms I have. I have a "follow-up" appointment with my doctor, but I'm sick of this "come back in a week" BS. Can anybody give me insight...

- Left side (arm, back of shoulder, underarm, sometimes leg) somewhat strained. Almost feel like it's being pulled...occasional shoulder ache. (No chest pains). It's most noticeable when I'm lying down.

- Upper back. Not sore. No pain. It feels almost like something is crawling inside the muscles.

- Tired most of the time. Trouble getting out of bed, but it's always trying to mentally wake up. My body is usually easily able to get energetic.

- Head will feel hot on occasion...rest of body is fine. As well, the feeling of ears almost popping (like on an airplane), as well as a slight ringing in the ears (this is reasonably rare).

- Trouble sleeping. My heart will race and/or pound (I think it's called palpitations). I know the ventolin I'm on can cause this, but I didn't take it last night and still felt the same.

- Coughing up green mucus. Every doctor says my lungs are clear, but I don't buy it.

- Feel like my whole upper body is bloated at times. I always seem to have to belch.

- Occasional anxious trembling. Apparently the flovent I'm on, as well as the ventolin, can cause this. It's controllable for the most part.

- Frequent urination. My grandmother tells me this might not be normal.

Not so much physical...

- Lonely lifestyle. I don't have really any friends, I don't go out, you could easily call me an internet junkie. I have done research on social anxiety.

Help? I'm about to go insane.

Re: Help me out ...please.

There are only two things that you mentioned that don't lead me to think you may have anxiety attacks. those two are:

Coughing up green mucus and frequent urination. The green mucus would lead me to think of either a viral infection or a bacterial infection. That would fit with your lack of energy problem.

But, all of your other symptoms would lead me to believe you may be experiencing anxiety. This will also cause tiredness and maybe the green mucus thing. Have you talked with you doc about this possibility?

Re: Help me out ...please.

I did, but he blamed it all on the ventolin I was taking....but I still feel some of the stuff I outlined here.

I talked to my aunt about it last night, who has been to hell and back with depression issues, and she thinks I'm depressed. I have a follow-up with my doctor Tuesday. I hope I have the jam to say something about it.
