Yes, not a problem when it comes to the B vitamins, including the levels you listed.

The ones the require more attention are A, D, E, and K. Even then, you can go above the RDA and still be fine. Try searching a bit for the safe levels of fat soluble vitamins.

If you have too much B vitamins, I think you just urinate it out what your body doesn't use.

You can get too much B-6 and it will affect the nervous system. Doctors claim that up to 100 mg is safe. Do not take more than that.

Folic Acid 400 mcg is what doctors prescribe.

How much Vitamin E is in the pills?
The Physican's Health Study has proven Vitamin E to be harmful instead of being a great help as once thought. I personally ended up with "restless legs" due to Vitamin E building up in my system, took 800 IU for several years. Stopped the Vitamin E and restless legs stopped.

A well known hypertension specialist claims that if you just have to take a vitamin pill, buy the cheapest on the market with low levels of ingredients. Supposedly if you eat the DASH diet you will not need supplements.

I also discovered recently that my body is rebelling against the Vitamin A taken for several years. Stopped taking Vitamin A in pills and felt better. Went back to taking the pills and started feeling bad again, repeated this again and finally stopped multi-vitamins. I now take a B-Complex vitamin. My internist cannot explain why I feel better not taking Vitamin A. The Physcian's Health Study also shed light on Vitamin A, definitely do not take more than 5,000.
