Anti-anxiety tablets may help. Clonazepam is excellent and inexpensive. My mom takes it for restless legs syndrome, which she suffered with for years. She no longer has rls because of the clonazepam. She takes 2 tablets before bedtime. It also helps with panic attacks and relaxes you.

Oral baclofen helps if it is muscle spasms or twitches. It also helps with the pain. So does hydrocodone, but both need a doctor's prescription. Both can make you tired, so try taking them at night. krisk
