Your side effects are common, although certainly unpleasant.
A PrevPac is actually a combination of Prevacid and the antibiotics
Amoxil and Biaxin.
Biaxin is most likely causing most of your problems-- many people experience nausea and a metallic taste in the mouth while taking it.
As far as foods, grapefruit can interact with the Prevacid and Biaxin.
