It depends on how long U took it, plus everyone doesn't get rid of the pain in a certain amount of time, so your dr. is wrong. I was on Lipitor for only 3 months and developed very bad GI problems, and it took them 8 months to get me cleared away. After all that, they shoved me on
Baycol, and that is when the aches and pains really started. My dr. even knocked me down to taking it 3 days a week, but I still coulnd't handle it, and my fatique and pains and aches too over 6 months too feel much better.
I'm glad your dr. is doing tests, and hopefully they come back ok. Many on here have taken COQ10 to help with the pains and aches, but it isn't cheap. I believe about 50-100 mgs. is what most folks take.
