this much more likely to be severe muscle spasms than actual convulsions unless you actually go 'down' and lose control of your bowels and have other symptoms of seizures.These can be caused by many many possible reasons which is why you really do need to have this all evaluated by your doc and possibly a neurologist if needed.These can evenresult from something as simple as low magnesium or potassium levels.my son went through this and was actually having these reallybad sudden contortions of his hands and arms.It was just so reaky to actually see this.It turned out that his mag level was really really low.All we did was give him a mag suppliment and they went away after only two days on the mag.
