Kev- I don't have a normal shift job. I work at a university, I have stuff I have to do and just have to get it done, so I do end up working a lot of hours. But rarely middle of the night hours.

Sara- I actually take metoprolol (a beta-blocker) for migraine prevention anyway. It helps a little, but now you have me thinking I should go to one of those automatic bp machines at Walgreen's!

Melatonin gave my old roommate nightmares, too. It doesn't do anything for me in terms of sleep. Also, I have to say, it scares me a little. It's a little weird to think that they can just sell a neurotransmitter w/ no regulation and just OTC like that. Irrational fear, probably. I met a pharmacist once who said it was nothing to worry about.

I don't if thats a good idea or not. I bought one at walgreens and I find myself checking it to much, I'm checking mine as we speak, its not that bad or great 132/80 HR is 96 though
