You need to find the reason why you have sinusits. If its because you have low immunity, then you need to find the cause of that problem first. constant swollen tonsils and a red throat are signs of low immunity.
You can do somethings to help:
1. start taking zinc (50mg), selenium (200 mcg) and vitamin D (1000 IU) and take a daily multivitamin as well. All of these boost your immune system.
2. get lots of rest, dont get over tired or stressed because that damages your immune system.
3. rince your nose 2-3x daily with a mild salt solution. Hold some of the solution in your hand and sniff it into your nose and back into your throat. This will help was away the residue of thick mucus.
Those things will help but it can take 6 months to see good results. If the infection presists then try taking a few antibiotics in a row so you hit as many organisms as possible.
Zithromax is a must to kill mycoplasm bacteria. Don't forget after taking antibiotics to take you bacteria pills from the health food store, these will put back the good bacteria the antibiotics destroyed and makes it hard fothe bad bacteria to find room to grow.
