Re: stay clean

Hi

61 days clean. Ultracet, vicoden and ambien. I have taken meds for migraines for years but 2 years ago I really started abusing them. I have digenerative disk disease, stenosis and 2 herniated disks. I wasn't leaving the house and new that I had to change.

Tapered and jumped off with the help of this board. My life has been saved. I am enjoying the simple things in life once again. Especially my children who just knew that Mom wasn't available...
