Re: allergies and candida

I bought three lac but have been afraid to use because of this die off effect I keep hearing about. I did finally just ask my doctor what to do. He gave me Diflucan (rx for candida) I now have expierenced the "die off" effect. I seem to be ok now, I guess until it comes back. He told meto take probiotics and eat garlic and keep hydrated. I figured if I was going to get a side effect, I wanted to know a dr. would be there to tell me its ok. I love alternative medicines but In the back of my mind I am aware that regular dr's would have very little clue on what to do if something went wrong. I also did go to a naturopath, and they can not practice like an md in my state. So, I do need to be cautious.
