Exclamation strange sickness

Lately I've been feeling sick, and many people around me are getting sick (strep throat, bronchitis, walking pheunomia, etc). I can't tell what mine is though an I know the doctors here (SE Texas) will just prescribe a bunch of meds and send me on my way.

I'm always tired it seems. I start out ok when I wake up, but very soon (hour or two) i start to gett sleepy. Many times when I wake up I'm feverish, and my mother says my head is hot. I get really groggy and my eyes hurt as well as burn. I get headaches located around my eyes, and my esophogus and throat tend to swell. I get very feverish, yet sometimes i have no fever. I take ibuprofen or aspirin (depending on if i have a headache or if i'm just feverish) and it only lasts for a short while. There is also, sometimes, nausea and light headedness.

Sometimes when i feel weak, I eat something but it doesn't do any good. Currently I'm taking: multivitamin, eye vitamins, nexium (GERD), and birth conrtol (low ogestrel)

Re: strange sickness

ok, I went to the doctor (had to go through 5, because all here are swamped or on vacation) and she asked for a urine sample. She told me, from the results, that I had a kidney infection.

Yay! It has a name! I'm not just fatigued or have low blood sugar! Except, now i have to take 1000mg of Cipro(name?) a day for 7 days!

Good for you. I'm glad they found a name for you!! LOL. It sucks not knowing. I hope you feel better soon! Cipro will take it right away I'm sure. I've been on it before for bladder infections.
