I am glad some of you had a good outcome from your surgeries for a deviated septum. I did not. I still have horrible sinus headaches and major infections almost monthly, major congestion, allergies almost as much as I did before the surgery. Sometimes I wonder if the ENTs aren't recommending this surgery as a way to make money. I say this because how can everyone have a deviated septum? Can we all be out of whack?
I like the idea of changing the diet and exploring the candida issue. It is one I am going to look into. I have tried everything else except nasal irrigation and this candida thing and diet. Really, eliminating sugar, dairy, white flour, etc. has been recommended for a long time for people suffering with allergies.
