Arrow medication??

Hello. I actually beleive I suffer from depression and anxiety, but have never really been diagnosed. Although these feelings have been happening for so long, I know something is not right.

Anyways, I'm not at the point yet where I want to go straight to meds, but I was wondering maybe there was some kind of herbal medication for anxiety? or a prescription medication for anxiety with little side affects? Any information would be really great

Re: medication??

There is an herbal supplement for anxiety called "Calms Forte" you can get it in a lot of different types of stores, even the grocery store. Friends of mine have said it really works for them! Give it a try Good Luck
