Bloated feeling in chest

I posted this on the heart board, but didn't get any replies, and was wondering if anyone over here had any ideas?

I'm 42/F....About a year ago, I went to the cardiologist for palpitations, had several tests done.........EKG, Stress test, heart ultrasound, I wore a monitor for 4 weeks. Cardiologist said I have PVC's, but other than that, everything was fine. I've been fighting anxiety on and off since then. I keep thinking "something" is wrong! The best way for me to describe my symptom is a bloated feeling. Mainly in my upper chest area. It lasts for hours at a time. It doesn't hurt, I just "notice" it. I've been going to my family Dr. for hypertension. She put me on 20mg of Zestril. I told her of my fears, and she says that my heart is perfectly fine. But I'm still worried that she is wrong! Any advice for me?

Same thing happened to me, and I was suffering from severe anxiety, and tried to rid the feeling by gagging myself (That obviously didn't help) They put me on several differnet medicines but none worked, but it wore off after about a month .The best thing I can tell you is to not worry to much, give it some time. (Bloatedness like feeling is very common during the experience of anxiety)
