Nexium and Gas

cheryl if you have bad acid or LPR you definately need 2 PPI"S a day, i would go with just nexium, for me pepcid helped more than prevacid, i find that nexium works much better after not eating for 3 months i went through so much stress, and the acid got worst, tot he point that i got scared because i almost choked on food, it was stuck in my throat and then i developed a fear of choking, out of fear i stopped eating and had to take celexa that relived the fear quickly and i could eat again, and then i started taing the 2 nexiums and i have gotten great results from it, the acid has calmed down, in the morning its worst so i try to eat something upon awakeing, I however i did get nauseaus from a slimfast shake,and i did throw up 2 nights ago and now my throat is irritated but thanks god the fear is not there aymore, the fodo is going down slow but at least uts going down.

I HAVE LPR I HAVE BEEN ON PREVACID FOR ALMOST FOUR WEEKS NOW. WENT LAST WEEK TO SEE ANOTHER ENT AND HE SAID I HAD LPR BUT ONLY PPI A DAY.I WENT TO MY DOC LAST WEEK HE TOLD ME TO FINISH THE PREVACID AND THEN START NEXIUM ONE A DAY FOR TWO WEEKS TO SEE HOW I DO. MY INSURANCE IS NO GOOD I HAVE UNITED HEALTH CARE COMPLETE YOU ARE ALLOWED SO MUCH MONEY FOR SCRIPTS THEN YOU PAY OUT OF POCKET ABOUT 1,000 BEFORE YOUR COVERED AGAIN. I HAVE A SCRIPT OF 90 20 MG OMEPRAZOLE. IT COST MY INSURANCE 275.OO FOR THEM. MY ENT TOLD ME TO TAKE TWO OF THOSE A DAY. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. I AM UNDER SOME STRESS MY MOTHER IS GOING TO HAVE A COLOSTOMY AND ALL MY FAMILY WORKS, IT WILL BE ME DOING ALOT FOR HER AND ALSO TAKING CARE OF HER DOG. TODAY I HAVE A TERRIBLE SORE THROAT. I AM FEELING BETTER THEN I DID. SOMEN STILL TROAT PROBLEMS. I HAVE SOME GOOD DAYS THEN I HAVE BAD DAYS.I SEEN ONLINE YOU CAN BUY GENERIC NEXIUM. DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THAT.
