Question Cleanse dangerous??

Ive been getting more and more interested in natural and organic everything. Ive been wanting to do a whole body type cleanse or colon cleanse but Im scared a little I guess. I dont take any kind of over the counter meds and I think of the cleanses like something over the counter. Do you know of any of them being dangerous in anyway?

Re: Cleanse dangerous??

rainswirls,

Humans have been living for millions of years with colons that clean themselves. That's what colons are designed to do.

Re: Cleanse dangerous??

rainswirls,

Body cleansers are great if you have problems such as Gallstones, Kidney Stones, and long-term constipation.

There are many types of cleaners out there for different purposes. Make sure you buy a good quality cleanser because when you cleanse the body it eliminates the good as well as the bad. The unreliable cleaners do that and have no ability to renew your system afterwards (that’s when it can be dangerous).

You can start with a mild cleanser - it works gently for 2 weeks and then do a maintenance if necessary if the problem happens again.

*I did Dr Schultz's body cleanse to elimate medication (Lipitor) that was damaging my system. If I waited for the medicine to naturally leave my body - it would of done more damage.

Google ... Dr Schultz ... and you can read about the different types of cleansers and what they each do.

Good Luck!

Re: Cleanse dangerous??

I did the Dr. Natura colon cleanse which by the way is rated excellent, because a general cleaning was recommended while I was detoxing from mercury removal. I wondered how my body would react, but I did not have any problems with it and normally I react to almost everything. In fact two of my friends did it with me and neither of them had a problem either. Everything they claim on the website is true except perhaps for the weight loss, but I wasn't doing it for that anyhow.

Re: Cleanse dangerous??

I dont have any colon problems, I was going to do the cleanse since they get rid of the "backed up" stuff from everything. I mean If I really dont have to do It then I guess I shouldnt since Im scared of It.
