Strange Spots on face, I don't think it's Acne

Hi,

I have had these 'spots' on my face for around 6 weeks now and they do not seem to be healing.

I am male and 21 years old.

Go and see your GP to get a diagnosis. Six weeks is a long time to see no signs of improvement.

Well I went to my GP two weeks ago. She told me that I have a fungal infection and prescribed me hydrocortisone cream.

It has been two weeks and it is still on my face. If it is a fungal infection, does anyone have any advice on getting rid of it or speeding up the recovery?

I'm really starting to get depressed about this.
