Can anyone recommend a low dose pill?

I want to try a low dose combined pill that is low in oestrogen. I've tried Microgynon 35, which gave me alot of headaches spots and Dianette 35, which causes water retention. I want one that is available in the UK that doesn't cause alot of headahes or spots or water retention.

Do all high dose eostrogen pills cause weight gain/water retention and do all low dose eostrogen pills cause acne?

It's a trial and error thing, i'm afraid. The yasmin pills claims to reduce weight gain / water retention by having some diuretic in it.
Mercilon helps with acne but is not lower in oestrogen. I think you will have to discuss this with your Dr or Nurse. Good luck.
