I'm 45, and I felt the big difference from 25/100 immediately, and after 2 days, I felt the best in nearly 5 years. I take the 25/100 4x and Sinemet CR 1x at night in addition to Mirapex 0.25 mg 2x per day for the best results.

Up until recently when the doc increased the Mirapex, I almost forgot I really needed the stuff because I felt so well.
