headache for 2 months

Hello

I am from the uk and my girlfriend has had a headache for over 2months now and it just wont go away,,its suprising to see so many of you with the same problems,,,sometimes the pain in mild other times its very bad,,been to doctors lots of times and they keep giving her tablets which do not do anything.....she says it feels like she is wearing a crown ,,,can anyone help with this??????

hi i read your post. im melissa im 16, i had a CONSTANT headache on the left side for over 2 yrs. Then i found a website on- Hemicrania Continua. It is a rare form of headache..consistent to one side with bursts of stabbing pain and sometimes tearing.. I talked to my doctor and she prescribed Indocin, and now im headache free. Your gf should ask the doctor about that..

I cannot help, I can only empathize, I have had one for something like 3 or 4 months I've lost count....good luck

you should talk to your doctor about HEMICRANIA CONTINUA and see if he will put you on a trial of Indocin. it did wonders for me..
