Re: Bare Essencentual Mineral Makeup Vs. other brands

Is this mineral makeup good for oily skin?

Re: Bare Essencentual Mineral Makeup Vs. other brands

I don't personally have oily skin, but I imagine that it probably is really good since it soaks up the oil and creates a more natural look.
My skin tends to dry out so I have to moisturize really well before applying mineral make up so it doesn't look all weird and powdery.
With oily skin you don't have to moisturize as much and it will stay on well.

I have oily skin and this does not make me break out. It also tends to keep the shine down. I am very happy with it and I am very picky.

I like Elegant Minerals Makeup

Yeh,

I really like mineral makeup too. At first I tried Bare Essencentuals, but it made my face itch. I found out they put something called Bismuth in it. I guess it made alot of other people itch too. My skin is really sensitive. And I use to breakout when I used regular liquid foundation.

So I looked around and found Elegant Minerals Makeup. The price was much better. It doesn't have Bismuth in it either. Over all, I'd give them 10! And I love their eye shadows. The colors are really nice. You only need a little tiny amount during the day, and if you're going out to a club, you can just add a little more.

Has anyone tried the Vaniqa? It's a prescription strength medication used to remove peach fuzz from your face?
