make up to cover red marks

so my acne seems to be pretty well controlled with an antibiotic, retin-a, and benzaclin, but now i am struggling with those pesky red marks. Does anyone know of a good make up that actually covers those babies and still won't clog my pores?

Re: make up to cover red marks

Some here say mineral makeup covers very well. There's a couple of threads on makeup cover recently. Scroll down the page. Personally I prefer using a concealer cuz you only need to use it where it's needed so there is less chance of a breakout or irritation (many foundations can cause breakout). The best concealers I've used are Laura Mercier's Secret Camouflage and MAC Studio Finish.
