Funny enough I got that in Hawaii. When I had a period of bad allergies in my early twenties I was exhausted too and kind of felt sick alot. So I went to Hawaii and felt even worse, and had a lot of vertigo, which is the kind of dizziness you are describing. Also, the inner ear can have alot to do with dizziness, so if you are sick or have an infection that is affecting your inner ear you are going to feel dizzy. To complicate matters, some people can get dizziness from food allergies.
If I were you I would try to pump up my immune system by eating a healthy diet, rotating foods, and even going on an elimination diet for a couple of weeks to see if that helps. Your body needs all the help it can get when it's in this overactive state, so drink plenty of water, limit sugar, white flour, ect. Watch your sugar intake in particular, which can cause candida growth in your system and make you feel crappier. That includes fruit juice and even alot of fruit for a while. Maybe limit yourself to a little fruit every day. Have you tried a natural medicine practioner, like someone who does homeopathy and acupuncture, and works with herbs and vitamins? I ask because you seem very sensitive to traditional medicine and it might be a good route for you to take.
