Need Help! Bad Allergies

Hello, every fall/winter i break out with a rash, get headaches, swelling, itching, and burning. Is there soemthing that grows this time of the year? I take Zrytec and Atarax but it does nothing to allevate my symtopms. I have had numerous test but they are all negative. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Molds, mildew, and most especially DUST MITES.

Also, if you have pets you're more likely to be shut up inside with them in the fall and winter months.
