Sometimes it only happens once, with no explanation. Just a momentary reaction to a situation that normally doesn't bother you. If I had to guess, I'd say that's what it is.

To prevent, if it is something else, just make sure you sleep well, the night before bloodwork, are hydrated, etc. Take a couple of deep breaths before the lab is drawn.

A lot of people don't like seeing blood. Your probably one of those people. Even medical students pass out during medical school when they don't even mean to. If your not used to seeing blood all the time, it can come to a surprise to see its getting taken from you. It's no cause for alarm to feel faint when seeing blood.

well they put me flonase and allerga D 24...I might have bad circulation due to the fact that my hands get cold alot...but thats happened to me for years every since a child/young teen...

^the allegra d probably has something to do with it. The decogestant they have in it does not do well for some people...it messes with the heart rhythms.
