Unhappy Warning about Bactrim

I posted a few weeks ago about going to the derm and she gave me Bactrim & Duac and how happy I was with the results. I had read on here about the serious side effects of Bactrim, and did my research, but I only experienced bad headaches for the first couple of days so I thought I would be fine.
I just want to let anyone know who is leaning towards taking it to just be careful and watch closely to any changes while taking it. Although it worked good for me, I have had flu symptoms since last Thursday and been to the doctor twice already because enzymes in my liver are way high and my WBC count is low, with really really dark urine. I decided to do my own research again and found out that liver damage, dark urine, and itching are serious allergic reactions to the drug, all of which I have experienced. I now have to go back tomorrow for an ultrasound of my liver, and I may have mono.
Just a friendly warning!
