Need Help

I've tried everything...My skin seamed to get a little better when i went tanning..and at one time i even tried laser treatments. The price of those went up and i can no longer afford them (from $50 when i got them-and now they are $250 PER TREATMENT!) So after I had my son last december my skin got a little better, and then a lot worst

So i went to the dermatologist AGAIN a few weeks ago and was prescribed benzaclin for the morning and retina micro for night. I have used both of these years ago, but showed no results. Now, i feel it may be working some. My skin seems to be doing better, but it burns and its peeling.

Well my question is...I have red spots left over from some of my pimples and i want to know if there is a way to make the redness dye down? I use bare minerals makeup, and love it, but it isnt covering these spots

red marks are tricky, time is the best cure. There are some products ive read about on these boards that people use to speed up the fading process but i cannot remember their names. just give this thread some time or look around the board for similar titles. even a google search will probably give you some good results.

Here's whats worked for me to get rid of the redmarks on your face when the
acne is cleared.

I like the Olay Regenerist Daily Regenerating Cleanser.
This cleanser uses Oxygenated Amino-peptide, plus oxygenated derma-beads to gently removes dead skin surface cells to detoxify.
It regenerates skin's surface at the cellular level.
Its got nice ingredients.
Beta Hydroxy, vitamin C, E, B5, Amino Peptide.

For a toner, I like the Avalon Organics Vitamin C Balancing Facial Toner.
It has a ton of vitamin ingredients.
Ester C, Chamomille, Green Tea, White Tea, Echinacea, Aloe etc.
This toner helped fade my redmarks.

2 lotions I recommend for acne on the face and redmarks.
One is the Neutrogena Multi Vitamin acne treatment.
Unfortunately, Neutrogena stopped making this.
They were so stupid for doing this.
This was a great product.
It helped get rid of the red marks from acne on my face and brought down the acne without creating marks or little scars.
It used nice incredients.
1.5% Salicylic Acid, Grape Seed, Kiwi, Honey extract, Oatmeal, Glycolic acid,
Vitamin A, E and B5
You can still get it.
Some stores still have it and you will see lots of them on e bay.

I also recommend this new product.
Its called Wet and Wild Spot Treatment.
Dont be fooled by the name.
This is a great lotion for getting rid of acne and redmarks.
It uses top of the line incredients.
It uses 2% Salicylic Acid, Green Tea, Aloe, Nobilis Flower, Tee Tree Leaf Oil,
Cucumber, Algae Extract, Licorice Root and ***** hazel.
They sell this in Walgreens and Rite Aid.

Dont use these lotions at the same time.
Try each one and see which one works best for you.

Thank your for your advise! I have never used toner though... I know this sounds like a stupid question, but what does it do for you?
