raised acne scar treatment

i have two little 'bumps' from acne scarring on the side of my nose that have lasted about a year. they're inflammed red and are very noticeable. anyone in a similar situation find a treatment that works?

also, my entire nose seems like its always inflammed (my nose has been the most acne-prone part of my body.) what can i do about this redness?

i have dry skin in general.

i have the same thing on my chest, mines had been there for 5 years i got them injected but the came back, getting them done again soon

You can try a hydrocotisone cream.
