Fatigued... low testosterone

I posted this in the Men's Health section, I'm hoping to get more answers here.

I've been fatiged for over 14 months now. The fatigue is never ending, never gets better with sleep/food/relaxation.

It all started when I was very stressed. I also have a sore/stiff neck.

I've been through so many tests/blood work/ and doctor to rule things out. The only thing that has come back so far with a problem was in my blood test for testosterone 319 (range 400-1080) and my saliva test for cortisol which were very low throughout the day.

I've had a Cortisol blood draw, as well as a 24 hour urine collection, both were in range, but on the low side.

My new Endo just did a ACTH Stim test, as well as more blood work (this time fasting) for all my hormones (t4, Testosterone, IGF, LH,) and some other stuff.

My question is, could low testosterone do this? The first test that showed the low number wasn't fasting, but it was done in the morning. My question is, would eating something really lower my testosterone under the normal range? I don't have the obvious signs of low test (ok libido, and facial hair)

Anyone have any ideas?

Low testosterone and/or high Estradiol E2 will cause your problems.

Physical appearance is not a test of either. Both can be corrected, mine was put back to the proper ratio with self injected Testosterone cyp & arimidex.
