I was on cozar for a while but stopped it because after my weight loss my bp dropped. I didn't have any problems and I haven't heard anything about a lot of side effects. I know that it is an ARB and the current research shows that it seems to be as good for kidney issues as the ACE inhibitors.
I'm sure there are some side effects, but if you are not experiencing any, I don't think you should have any real problems.
