Re: What's wrong with me???

If you do have a parasite infection there are plenty of herbs that you can take to get rid of them. The problem is you have to know what kind of parasite it is in order to know what kind of herbs to buy. Your best bet is to go to a health store and ask an employee for help. They'll show you all the different herbs you can try. Don't be embarassed to ask for help. People go in all the time and ask for help in regards to personal matters.

Re: What's wrong with me???

I understand that you don't have health insurance, but you need medical care. There are herbal remedies you can try, but it will be difficult to pinpoint exactly the ones you need if you don't know what parasite you have (or even if you have parasites at all.) Certain antibiotics will target certain parasites, but you need to know what kinds of parasites you have. If your hair is falling out, you have severe nutritional deficiencies, probably iron, or Vitamin B/magnesium. You should never take iron tablets without getting your levels measured first though, because too much iron can be fatal. I really would look into getting insurance either paying for it monthly, or getting a job that offers it. Money is no object when it comes to your life/health.

The likely hood of a man having lupus is pretty rare, but I guess anything is possible.

Re: What's wrong with me???

My first suggestion is to get off all OTC (over the counter) meds, herbs, vitamins, what have you. You may be allergic to one or more of them or just taking to much. If that doesn't help in several days you need to see a doctor and borrow the money if you have to. Don't they have any free clinics where you live? Try taking a cool shower no matter how uncomfortable it is and see if that doesn't make a difference in your rash. One more thing? Are your bowels behaving as they always have or are you constipated? If so that could be a problem with your skin and all around health as well.
Take care and I hope you're feeling better soon.

Re: What's wrong with me???

On what you've said I'd take a guess that you are suffering Depression/Anxiety which can easily give you a lot of the symptoms you mention. The fact that you are depressed/anxious can cause you to really notice/be compulsive about little things on your body to the extent that you feel unwell and this can make it seem so much worse.

I've been there at your age and I'm now 31 so I can see in hindsight.

Your belly could be bloating because of depression/anxiety in a form of irritable bowel syndrome. Hair loss due to stress.

Many people get rashes after the shower. This can be due to the type of water for example my girlfriend gets it now and again ? water sometimes hard/soft.

As far as sneezing blood, you may have just burst a nasal membrane.

My advice to yourself would be to go to the Doctor and get your physical symptoms checked out and also tell him about your Depression which could well be your main/contributing ailment. See if he wants to put you on for eg. Celexa or Lexapro for several months.
