Hi Chalupa
Well he is a Larangolagist , which is an ENT that deals only with the throat. He can check to make sure you have nothing else going on in your throat causing the breathing problems, like with your vocal cords etc.... I am starting to see a slight improvement, but at least he gave me a diagnosis that helped me understand a little better why I am breathing so bad. I see a speach therapist under him that gave me breathing exercises to strengthen my throat muscles. He see's this a lot since all he deals with is the throat. The receptionist is really sweet , tell her Alexandra B said HI. Right now I am just on Aciphex and KLonopin, but the breathing exercises is the main treatment.
Anyway, do a look up on him, he's the head of NYU Voice center with tons of experience in this problem. He is located in the main NYU hospital at 33rd and 1st.
Good Luck and Keep me posted.
