I just don't think the doctor's got this one right...there has to be something else wrong.

If you feel that it may be more than anxiety, then you can go to a Neurologist to get and have them do an MRI of the head for your headaches and you can go to a Gastointerologist for the stomach. Have you had a Doppler done on your legs? That would tell you if there are any blood clots anywhere. Have you had a CT scan of your back? You may have some buldging disks which is not uncommon. I would start going to specialized Dr.'s one at a time. You said that you had a full body scan? Gosh, I would certanly trust that to show anything wrong but, I have never had one. It sounds like you have had some of the best tests done. Have you seen an Allergist? Headaches can stem from not only stress but allergies as well. Your mind is a very powerful thing, try to retrain it and focus on good things. Make plans to do something fun, that way you have something to look forward too and you can prepare for that. Get around friends to take your mind off of things. Do hobbies that make you feel good. Join a Church and get involved if you already aren't, join a scrap booking club at your local craft store or join a bowling league, whatever is fun for you. You need to find something that you enjoy doing. Change your routine around. Hope you feel better soon!

Watch your iron intake! Too much will make you sick!!! I know excerise is not fun but it will relieve stress like you wouldn't believe. Just take a 20-30 min. walk. You'll sleep better and stress won't be so much. If your potassium is low, you will feel weak, legs, arms hurt, heart beating fast or hard etc..I know, I just went through this. Eat bananas, potatoes or anything high in potassium. Yes, there is such a thing as having constant anxiety everyday. It means your emotions are not under control and they are controlling you instead of you controlling them. Also, if your thyroid is out of whack, that can cause ALL KINDS of problems! I would ask your Dr. about a full thyroid panel which consists of TSH, free T4, free T3, and Thyroid antibodies. Together, these are considered a complete battery of thyroid function tests. You will also feel better if you can drink at LEAST 48oz of water a day. You need to flush your system out constantly and it will make you feel better. Are you on any meds? That can make you feel terrible too. I hope you are doing better each day even if it's a little at a time!

Hi and Happy Easter! If you have low potassium, you'll have cramps or soreness in various parts of the body. Like I said, your heart will race or pound hard or heavy. Cupped with worry and anxiety...yep, that can make you feel sick. Stress and anxiety alone can make you feel literally sick, let alone anything else added to that. I hope things are getting better for you each and every day because you will start to feel SOOOO much better! Keep us posted on how you are doing and remember...too much iron can also make you feel really sick!!
