well what time do you take it. i take it at nite and never on an empty stomach. with anything the first time, it can be a little wierd.try not to focus to much on your body and symptoms, the paranoia is a killer. i mean by all means moniter yourself and if something feels wrong stop, but you can work yourself into a tizzy over nothing very easily- ahha i do it all the time " are my fingers always this pink, are those veins that blue? do my legs always hurt the next day after running 2 miles? . etc, etc "
