Mixing Accutane and Hydrocodone

Alright, i've been taking 30mg generic accutane for the past 6-7 days, and I was recently prescribed Hydrocodones(7.5mg/750mg, respectively) for my wisdom teeth removal. Will the Acetaminophen from the Hydrocodones damage my liver at such a low dose? I'm just asking because I remember my dermatologist recommend advil over tylenol for headaches and joint pain because accutane damages your liver and Acetaminophen does as well. I'm guessing that i'm fine since i'm taking such a low dose of Accutane and i've only been taking it for a few days. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Mixing Accutane and Hydrocodone

hey there. I was in the same situation almost. A few weeks into my accutane i broke my arm pretty bad and was prescribed hydrocodone 500's. I took them for about 2 weeks and didnt notice any problems and i was on 40 mg a day at the time. You should be fine, you wont need them for long. I didnt need the hydrocodone's for more than a couple days, but i liked the buzz so i kept poppin a couple a time just for the hell of it. If i did fine threw it, you definately can.. haha.. goodluck!
