What do you mean by go to the drs for antibiotics within 24 hrs? Is that 24 hrs after you feel you have a sinus infection?

Because about 3 weeks ago my forehead hurt and around my eyes hurt with pressure and I didnt even have to touch those areas that how bad it was hurting before. But than this pass week at work I went home 1 day because I was not feeling good, than the next 2 days I was at work, I didnt even want to be there, could that be because of the sinus infection?

If you don't begin to feel relief within 24 hours go back and let the Dr know it is not getting better. After 3 days on an antibiotic if it's the right one the pressure should be easing off. A decongestant will help with draining and a pain reliever will help the pain.

Re: Does a sinus

I think I have taken Amoxacillan at some time but I can't remember I have had sinus issues for years and it hasn't been a recent one.

Re: Does a sinus

So if I dont feel better in 24 hrs from today, or from when I first started taking the meds? Sorry this is the first time that I can remember taking care of this on my own.
