Re: Panic Attack Break throughs???

The only side effect I do remember was that if I took them at night I couldn't sleep. But it did also help me to lose weight...which is NOT a bad side effect in my book lol.

I go to the doctors tomorrow. I hope everything works out. I hate being scared to go places and this feeling like I need to cry all the time. I am very antsy too.

Re: Panic Attack Break throughs???

Well everything went well. I was taught different breathing techniques... although the NP was a little wacky lol. She did give me a script for 50mgs of Zoloft as she said that she believes it to be a good med for panic attacks and depression. I do also get to ween myself off of Metoprolol which I am VERY happy about!!! I don't want to lose my hair anymore!! She also did says that stress and depression could also be an added factor for losing more hair. She checked my scalp out and didn't see any bald or thinning spots... but I've always had alot of hair too naturally.

My only problem now is trying to come up with 68 bucks a month for Zoloft.

Thank You for caring and asking!!! It's nice to have someone to talk too.

Also I had a Panic attack this morning at 6am... I only got 3 hours of sleep today. I had one 4 days prior to todays. I really hate these things!!
