Humira, rheumatoid arthritis,pain

Hi everyone,
This is my first post. I'm in my 50's and am totally disabled w/r.a. this year. I am trying to cope w/the new regime of medications. I have a lot of pain, especially in my shoulders and my hands, which have started to ball up into fists. I also have swelling problems w/my left leg and foot. I have taken my 4th shot of humira, (I take one shot every 2 weeks.) Additionally, I am on 10mg of prednisone & 20 mg of arava. I haven't noticed a significant improvement since I have started Humira. Will the pain abate? When? Any suggestion for relief or treatment modifications?

Thanks for your help.
