Yasmin and Saw Palmetto Question

Can you use these two together? Or should you only do one or the other? Would they work together if I took them both? Or would it be senseless to take both? Please help a girl out!

I was wondering the same thing since the Yasmin I'm taking isn't controlling my oily skin.

I think saw palmetto is supposed to work like an androgen suppresor such as spironolactone. Since you can successfully take spiro with Yasmin, I don't know why you couldn't try saw palmetto. They should not cancel each other out.
