I also on Metformin but I have stopped it now. I got blurry vision but the dr don't know why. I've seen the eye specialist and she said no damage to my eyes. Everything is looking good. Now I was sent to see the psychiatrist.
Metformin can cause blured vision ! Yes indeed it's junk in my book ! J.B.
P.S. Don't the Doc's read the side effect's of these Drug's my Doc is clueless !

hey JONBOW52 is there a med like metformin that doesnt cause blurry vision? I looked at the papers that come with it and blurry vision wasnt in there but it has to be a sideaffect becuase my eyes werent blurry before.
Ben i know i read it that Metformin does or can cause blurry vision and after being off of it my vision is much better now and not affected as much by florescent (sp) light. Do a ****** and think you will find it.
I do not know of another better drug some of these are great drug's but there can be some pretty bad side effect's . I am trying sweet ease product by Banyan Botanicals just started on it will post if i have good or bad exp. J.B.
