Does anybody get good ol' water retention in their hands?

I get water retention or edema sometimes in my hands and fingers..and I will say, that Oh my God, that hurts alot! I cannot move my fingers at all! I have a big fat hand...and puffy fingers sometimes(although, maybe it has to do with being on an airplane..but, I don't know for sure...I also get fat feet, anyhow..and very chubby ankles...!!
Does anybody also have this happen to them?!!
I sometimes, but, rarely take some waterpills for this..usually I just put my feet up in the air to rid myself of the water!!

What do you all do? and does it work for you or not?

Very common, watch your salt intake. Put you feet up.

Yeh, I used too. Especially when I was taking Codeine based medication too for some reason happened more and more...
