Seroquel medication hyper activity or adrenalin rush from the brain I need help

Hello does anyone know a lot about Seroquel medication, and I have a few questions that I am not sure of, sometimes I feel a adrenalin rush in my brain chemistry very hyperactive and the feeling as if I can’t slow down, being on the go a lot. Now I have read that Seroquel medication can cause Sugar Diabetes for some people on this medication so if this is the worse case and I have contracted this form the medication I could be hyper or hypo being the worse case, I have had blood tests done not long ago so I think this is not the case of Diabetes at all unless you have to ask for this sugar blood level test.

Now I am asking what is the cause in most cases to have what I call an adrenalin feeling of activity going on in the mind I take 550mg at night for what I am told a mental health condition, and sometimes the drug does not kick in for many hours, or if it does with in 20 or so minutes, and I sleep and my mind is still active as I would think and don’t sleep much, my eyes are shut but brain still active if anyone can understand, now the times I do sleep well I basically wake up still on the same side as when I went to sleep. So I guess I don’t turn over much if any.

Or when I do wake up my mind is on the go, once again and find it hard to slow down, then out of the blue, I can be having mood swings up and down and flash backs from my bad relationships like it only happen 10 minutes ago, but it was 20 years ago or 10 years ago, so if anyone knows what is going on with my brain or know of any causes, the help would be wonderful to share with me, I am not taking alcohol, or any other substance besides sleeping pills, when my mind does not shut down and sleeping pills are not all the time being Temazepam 10mg I am sorry I don’t have all the answers to even share with my partner so I would like to as anyone even if it is such small information, it would be welcome.
It could be Panic Attacks just not sure how the mind can cause so much chemical miss fire.
