Beware of problems with Lantus that few are talking about. My sister and I had a severe reaction to Lantus, fast pulse, trouble breathing, very high blood pressure, then when we stopped using it, me after only 1 week, we both had problems with anxiety, which I'm still dealing with now. Pharmasists say it is probably b/c Lantus is so slow acting and it is still being released in my body even though it has been 2 weeks since I stopped.
