Rightside Rib pain, and leftside stomach pain

For the pass couple months I've been feeling a sharp stabbing like pain on my left and top of my stomach. Then I started feeling these REAL sharp pains at the bottom of my rib cage on the rightside. About 2 weeks ago I went to the doctor she thought I could be constipated. So she had me get and x-ray on my stomach and took some blood. She didn't find anything. She gave me prevacid for the pain. She was supposed to schedule a sonogram. But she hasn't yet. Since then the pain in my ribs has gotten so bad I can't move. I get real nauseous after eating and spit up everytime. My temperature has went up to 104.5. I'm in so much pain! Can anyone please tell if they would know what the problem could be.

Ask for an ultrasound on your gallbladder. I had alot of problems with mine that sound similar to what you are describing. My doctor kept insisting it was my back and sent me to physio (even though I suggested gallbladder)

Anyways now it is removed and I havent had any symptoms since.

104.5! Get to the hospital now! You have a serious infection somewhere. I hope you are OK.
