Unhappy Re: This bloating is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I've tried Aciphex, Prilosec and Prevacid. Aciphex and Prevacid gave he horrible diarrhea. I'm on Prilosec again now and discovered that when I take 2 a day, I get constant nausea, lots of gas and diarrhea with mucus on my stool. Isn't that lovely? So, I'm going to see if I can get by on one Prilosec a day and if necessary, add Pepcid AC to the mix once a day. I like Pepcd AC, but it isn't strong enough to get rid of the acid. I had a Nissen Fundoplication several years ago b/c all the PPI'S make me so sick and of course, I only had relief for 2 months. I don't know what to do either. None of the PPI'S agree with me. All any of us can do is try them all and hope we find one that agrees with us and gets rid of the acid. If the other PPI'S don't help, then have your Dr. write a letter to the insurance co!! Hope it all works out for you.

Re: This bloating is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

there are ways of getting rid of bloating, this way works on most people, lie down on your back and gently massage the abdomen this releases excess gass, then put something warm on the area of discomfort and gently rub it, or drink some soda water they say it isnt good but it makes you burb and then you will feel better if that doesnt work have someone rub you on the back it works with babies it also works on adults!
