What is wrong with me?

There are a few things happening to me lately and i dont know if it has to do with just one thing being wrong with me,or not,but if any one of you can tell me what i might have? please do...

For the past 6 months or so, i've been getting hives/red bump looking things when i am exposed to heat or anything that is hot,i was in the jaczuzi the other day and i wass covered in hives/red dots.they itch really bad.im also getting these zappy things at random times that feel like lightening in my right hand sometimes and its aggarvating,sometime i get them in my chest,but there more like pinching types of lightining on both sides.my heartrate has been going really fast at times,then it will go down,my blood pressure has been sorta high at times,but it goes down as well.My heart at times feels like its gonna jump out of my body,i can feel the whoel thing over my whole body.its scary..Ive had difficulty breathing at times,i had an ekg or something and xray on my chest and they said everything was fine,it gets heavy/tightness sometimes and they said it was anxiety,i only get the anxiety from it thoguh,so i want to know what is causing the tightness/heavyness..

and For the past few days,i have bloody poop,im having alot of lower pain like to where i feel like im going to start my period but its not even time for that,and im really gassy,somtimes my stomach hurts like above the bellybutton,im barely eating because i get full off of anything small,im so bloated too.i am getting alot of heartburn/acid comming up type of thing i was taking prilosec for the past two months that u buy over the counter,but since i've had bloody stools,i quit taking which isnt pleasent since im dealing with the acid 10x more.I had some acid while taking that ttooo,i dont think it was working well..ive been so lazy just not wanting to do anything either,just feel so bad,i'm gaining ALOT of weight for really no reason.i get nasuesas,alot of the time,but like i said i dont know if any of these things could be symptoms of one diagonise or a few..help!!


oh and i forgot to put,that i get dizzy,lightheaded and confuesed and my head starts to spin i can barely concentrate on anything! loosing loosing focus,i get horrible headaches or atleast i think there headaches..all over my head,my eyes get dizzy too.there really watery.at times i see things that arent really there,but are there at times,like..the phone blinks when it is ringing,i see that somtimes even though its not ringing,and same with aol instant messanger,i see it blink even though its not blinking.i see black dots sometimes,i had my eyes checked about a yr ago and they said i was fine.

Have these recent symptoms caused your new ailments to worsen (or appear)?

From your post it doesn't sound like you mentioned much neurological symptoms; but you could have your GP refer you to a Neurologist if you wish. One thing to look at would be when was the last time you (or a lot of us) had a physical examination? That could help direct you to the proper avenue if you need to see specialist in a field of medicine.

As for the common digestive issue you mentioned; I had that briefly. Maintaining diet is one way; otherwise one of the common over the counter fiber's we all see on TV is a good solution to help soften the stool and keep us regular.

Sorry to hear you are going through so much. I am not a doctor but it does sound like you may have some sort of gerd, coupled with anxiety. I too, get zap like feelings on both sides of my chest, mainly the left side right over my heart. It is a sharp shooting pain that comes then goes. This of course could make anyone anxious if they do not know exactly what it is, which could be the cause of your dizziness etc.....

I have not bee to a GI yet, but am going on Thursday hopefully to get answers. I too have had VERY high anxiety at times due to this because I am not 100% its "just" GERD.

Has your doctor recommended anything for your reflux? Have you had blood tests to rule out anything else? Have you been changing what you eat to see if it helps. If your doctor is not helping, go see another one who can point you in the right direction.

I can't address all of that. As a layman (not a doctor) I don't think most of those are related.

Bad stomach pain and bloody stools could be a sign of a serious stomach problem. If I were you, I would get that checked out right away--and don't distract the doctor by talking about non-stomach problems, unless he asks or you really think it's related. And do NOT take any aspirin or anti-inflammatories until you find out what's wrong with your stomach.

The bloody stools really got my attention. You need to get that checked out by a Gastroenterologist immediately! While the dr may have his/her own ideas, I suggest asking about Celiac/Gluten Intolerance as well as H.Pylori.

I'm also thinking that you probably have nutritional deficiencies. Just reading by your symptoms, iron and B12 come to mind. You should probably get a full nutritional panel done just to be sure. Make sure they test your ferritin, not just serum iron.
