I have given up ALL caffeine --- except....... (1) cup of coffee in the morning.
I just LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT..... I have given up so many other things that I love (chocolate, sweets, ice cream, cookies, etc.) - and I still don't really feel much better.
I tell myself that giving up that one cup won't help because giving up ALL those others didn't....
Do you guys think I am wrong??? Do you think just ONE cup in the morning (AFTER I have a
Pepcid A/C and a yogurt) - could be causing me so much problem??
