Decaf Coffee

Well, I thought I would try decaf coffee this morning.. And that was a bad idea. I had horrible indigestion. I took something from the medicine cabinet at work and it helped but I feel like I have a bonfire in the bottom of my throat now ..Geez, one stinking cup of decaf caused all this... I am bummed out..

Re: Decaf Coffee

I have given up ALL caffeine --- except....... (1) cup of coffee in the morning.

I just LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT..... I have given up so many other things that I love (chocolate, sweets, ice cream, cookies, etc.) - and I still don't really feel much better.

I tell myself that giving up that one cup won't help because giving up ALL those others didn't....

Do you guys think I am wrong??? Do you think just ONE cup in the morning (AFTER I have a Pepcid A/C and a yogurt) - could be causing me so much problem??

I am so sorry for your suffering Kat - isn't horrible how we are forced to eat and drink - and we STILL SUFFER

Re: Decaf Coffee

Yup, this whole thing sucks... I felt fine and dandy until about three weeks ago and then boom here I am... I hate this.. I am still trying to figure out what really bothers me and what doesn't... I guess this just takes a long time.. But I couldn't believe a cup of decaf coffee caused me so much pain...

Re: Decaf Coffee

Coffee is pretty acidic so it is not necessarily the caffeine that is the problem.
