Initial breakout on Differin :( Also Differin 0.3?

I was on Differin for years but was taken off of it last winter. Since then I haven't been using any topicals and I've just had hormonal treatments (100mg of spironolactone and Yaz).

I don't get pimples anymore... haven't really for probably the last five years. I just have bumpy skin and some visibly clogged pores. I didn't notice a huge change when I stopped the differin, just slightly more bumpy. But my new derm thought I should give it another try.

So I really wasn't expecting to have to go through the whole initial breakout like when I was younger, but its happening!! I know its good to get it all out, but I'm wondering when it will settle down. I'm meeting my boyfriends coworkers this weekend and I feel pretty self-conscious about my skin right now!

Also has anyone tried Differin 0.3? If my sensitive skin can tolerate the 0.1 this time around my derm might put me on the stronger one.

About 2 weeks.

I'd still love to hear from anyone who has tried the .3.
